The Way In. The Way Out.
A visual and psychological cartography of mental health
The The Way In. The Way Out. series maps the complex landscape of the human mind through personal experience, psychological reflection, and abstract illustration. Consisting of six books—Anxiety, Depression, Psychosis, Identity, Dementia, and Addiction—these works do not diagnose, but rather observe. They explore the visceral realities of these conditions: how they enter the body, how they disrupt reality, and the shape they take as we try to find our way back out.
Rather than providing clinical formulas, the series uses visual abstractions and sparse, poetic prose to help articulate what is often beyond words.

Identity
Mapping the construction of the self, the hidden cost of performance, and the return to an undivided presence.

Dementia
Mapping the gradual narrowing of time, the shifting of familiar scenes, and the quiet easing of urgency.

Addiction
Mapping how what once helped us endure begins to demand more than we can give, and the quiet pathways back.
